Shipping policy

Shipping is through UPS, a secure carrier that doesn't tend to lose mail or have issues often, but if they were to happen email me at strngrelations@gmail.com and we will take it from there. I will follow up with UPS and if they cannot resolve it, I will ship again. Shipping usually takes 1-4 days and a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped out.
